COACH MOLLY HILL

Coach Molly Hill is the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Polk County High School. She was hired in July of 2014 and has had a very successful experience at Polk County High School leading the volleyball program! She was a four year North Carolina Athletic Association libero at Lees-McRae College. During her time at Lees- McRae College she was a three year captain on the volleyball team, and earned Academic All Conference and Senior Leadership Award in 2013. She also received Scholar-Athlete Recognition in April of 2014. Since being at Polk County High School she has received Western Highlands Conference Coach of the Year in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. she has lead her varsity teams to be Western Highlands Conference Champions every single year since 2014 and made school history taking the first ever volleyball team to the state finals where they finished as State Runner up in 2018. She was named Western North Carolina Coach of the year in 2018. She has been coaching for Polk County Volleyball Club for four years, taking only one year off from coaching club to welcome their baby girl, Archer Leigh Hill, into the world with her husband Hunter Hill. She has a great passion for coaching and has developed close relationships with the female athletes she has had the pleasure of coaching during her time at Polk County High School.
