Donna Hall's coaching career started as an assistant volleyball coach in 2013 when she transferred to Polk County Middle School. In the 5 years she has coached volleyball at PCMS, They have won 3 conference championship. Wanting to learn more about the sport at a higher level, she worked at Xcel Volleyball Performance as an assistant coach for the 13 Select team in 2014-2015.  She has been with Polk County Volleyball Club since 2016 and have coached 13U, 14U, 16U, 17/18U, and the Crossover Power Team.
